 Easy Home Workouts Without Equipment


You don’t need a gym or equipment to stay fit. There are many exercises you can do at home to stay healthy and strong. Here are some simple ideas.

1. Jumping jacks
Jumping jacks are simple and get your heart pumping. Do them for one minute to start your workout.

2. Push-ups
Push-ups work your arms, chest, and shoulders. You can do them on the floor or against a wall if you are a beginner.

3. Squats
Squats strengthen your legs and glutes. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and bend your knees slowly. Repeat 10–15 times.

4. Plank
The plank works your core. Hold your body straight on your elbows and toes. Start with 20 seconds and increase gradually.

5. Lunges
Step forward and bend your knees to do lunges. This helps strengthen your legs and improve balance.

Tips:

  • Do 3 sets of each exercise.

  • Take short breaks between exercises.

  • Stay hydrated.

Even a short 15–20 minute workout every day can improve your strength and mood.
